Coronavirus (Covid-19) specialist cleaning
Overview
To aid understanding, we have included below a brief technical explanation of deep cleaning, fogging and sanitising and what the benefits of each are.

Deep Cleaning
Manual application of a cleaning agent usually soap or detergent based (acting as a surfactant) washing/wiping down with clean cloths to agitate and remove surface contamination/soilage.
Deep cleaning should be seen as the first in a two step deep cleaning/post infection control cleaning system.
Chemical fogging
Applying chemical disinfectants to production/work areas as very fine fogs or mists is a method used routinely throughout industry.
The equipment supersaturates the atmosphere with a disinfectant fog/mist which gives a greater prospect of higher degrees of coverage and therefore effectiveness.
The area covered will vary depending on the application system being used – popular for some are electrostatic delivery systems where the mist molecules are electrically charged creating better delivery.
Equally popular are battery operated or pressurised delivery systems applied specifically to designated areas for maximum impact.
Chemical fogging alone can be effective in well maintained, clean areas but is not recommended as a single step solution for dirty environments.
Sanitising
Manually applying a sanitising agent is an application to follow a deep clean where disinfectant fogging is seen as un necessary.
This can be applied through aerosol or trigger spray delivery systems and applied to very specific areas as required or deemed appropriate.
This application is ideal for those looking to increase levels of cleanliness in environments that have been well maintained.
Please note that sanitising should be seen as a measure for reduction of germs and bacteria and not elimination of a virus.
Covid-19 sanitising cleaning details
Sanitising, Disinfecting, Deep Cleaning activity;
From ground level up to two metre height. (Higher levels can be included as appropriate and agreed.)
Application of a sanitising/cleaning agent to all hand contact surfaces and floors up to 2 metres from floor using atomiser spray and colour coded cloths.
Fogging; this application is available but only for specific rooms/areas where contact with electrical equipment can be minimised. Please ask for further details.
Application of a sanitising agent to all surfaces From 2 metres to ceiling height (maximum of 4 meters) using atomiser spray, extended pole/flat mopping systems and step ladders for hands on application.
Using an appropriate sanitising and or disinfectant agent, (as used for theatre cleaning in hospitals), with operatives wearing complete set of disposable P P E (full body suit, overshoes, gloves, face masks and goggles, head coverings.)
Where heavily soiled environments are affected and these are required to be cleaned prior to disinfecting a separate bespoke quotation will be required to be provided before works can be offered/accepted. Please ask for further details.
A typical example may be an industrial warehouse/factory environment, heavy engineering plant areas, commercial kitchens and food production environments.
It would be a condition of service that concise information with respect to sq. ft/sq. metres and height of each room/area to be cleaned is provided. This will negate/reduce the need for site surveys and time delays.
Cost of disposable PPE is subject to market forces and undoubtedly prices will fluctuate.
Our additional cost for this is subject to a price per operative per shift which is currently based on todays prices;
Diverse Cleaning offers no guarantee that post cleaning reinfection will not reoccur particularly as they have no control over re entry of staff/visitors.
Sanitiser Disinfectant Spray – 5ooml & 22ltr

The Sanitiser Disinfectant Spray contains active biocides, specifically designed for the cleansing and disinfecting of hard and soft surfaces as well as tested and proven for use on skin.
This product delivers residual action control of an extensive range of microorganisms whilst still protecting the skin. The spray is a revolutionary mist spray with fogging technology designed to sanitise and disinfect difficult to reach and intricate areas with full surface coverage.
This product deals rapidly and effectively with an extensive list of bacteria, viruses, fungi and moulds. Including the notorious MRSA, VISA and VRE bacteria, E Coli 0157:H7, BCG (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and the equally feared viruses HIV 1, Hepatitis B&C and Poliovirus Type 1. The unique biocide combination is also effective against a wide range of Coronavirus and Type A Influenza viruses; this group includes Swine Flu, Chinese and Japanese Flu strains, Wisconsin Avain Influenza and SARS.
